大覺福行中心於2009年成立，
是香港註冊的非牟利佛教慈善團體。
創辦人衍陽法師(1958-2015)病了四十多年，深切體會病者的苦，發願要為病人及家屬提供支援及心靈關懷服務。
中心本著以愛心回饋社會的信念，陪伴老弱、病患、困厄者渡過難關，協助他們走向積極的人生。
